Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, screws, and installation guides are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
